Great place for delicious PHO, Ramen, Pork Bao, and more. Ambience is great. Service is excellent and the best chef of all the Asian restaurants cooks here.

I recently visited 8 Noodle Bar in Las Vegas and had a fantastic dining experience. The food was truly exceptional, with a unique fusion of flavors that included some delightful Hispanic touches. We tried the Tokyo Crepes and the Brisket Fried Rice, and both dishes were plated beautifully and tasted incredible. The restaurant itself has a hip and modern vibe, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. The service was quick, and the staff provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our experience. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, it's what you'd expect in Vegas. Overall, a great spot for delicious food and a cool atmosphere. Highly recommend checking it out!

We have always seen this restaurant but never tried it. It is always super busy and now I know why. The food is excellent and the service is very good as well. The proportions are good sized and you may end up taking some home with you. Try the house special of the pork fried rice. It's so yummy!!

A heads up that eight noodle bar is walk in only. They do not take any kind of reservations on any platform. It's a small restaurant it can get very busy. Thankfully, there was no wait when we happened to be there midday on a Thursday. We got a table right away. The service is quick and friendly. There were three of us in our party and we tried everything from the chicken wings, duck bun, miso soup, and a vermicelli dish. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The food was hot and fresh. I like spicy so I really dressed up my miso soup with the chili powders offered on the table and they also brought a hot sauce from the kitchen.
